São Paulo, August 22, 2025 – Eurofarma, a Brazilian multinational operating in 24 countries and across all of Latin America, has once again been recognized by Great Place to Work (GPTW) as the best pharmaceutical company to work for in the region. The company ranked 6th overall in the Best Workplaces™ – Latin America 2025 Ranking, its best result to date, highlighting its culture of care, safety, and excellence.

This achievement is a direct reflection of Eurofarma’s people-first strategy. In every country where it operates—including Brazil, its largest operation and the place where it began 53 years ago—the company believes that development, well-being, and value creation come from an integrated approach to its more than 13,000 employees and their families.

“This recognition reflects our commitment to strengthening the Eurofarma Way, a culture in which people are the central pillar of our strategy and growth. For us, being one of the best companies to work for is not just a seal of approval, but proof that we are on the right path by investing in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Having 92% of our employees proud to be part of this journey and filling 70% of leadership positions through internal promotions is something that makes us extremely proud,” says Daniela Panagassi, Vice President of People and Organization.

In 2025, the company has already been featured in several other GPTW rankings, including GPTW Brazil – Diversity, GPTW Brazil – Health, GPTW Paraguay – Innovative Culture, as well as national rankings in Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, the Caribbean, and Central America, among others.
