Company was in 9th position in the health ranking 2016
São Paulo, August 2017 – Eurofarma is the only national pharmaceutical present in the 4th edition of the Great Place To Work (GPTW) ranking, turned to the Health sector, 2016 edition. The company reached the 9th position in the pharmaceutical industry ranking.
In the health area alone, 164 organizations with 50 collaborators or more participated in the survey. From this total, 76 were recognized, 13 of them pharmaceuticals, 14% growth when compared to the previous edition. The number of laboratories present in the publication shows that the sector is well positioned in Human Resources practices.
According to the survey, even in a tough year, the awarded companies have promoted people and offer scholarships for under graduation and post-graduation programs. With regard to development, most companies count on coaching programs while some of them keep mentoring programs. With regard to circulation, the rate of voluntary turnover in these companies was 11%, showing their capacity to retain talents.
