Eurofarma opens more than 100 job posts

São Paulo, July 2020 – Eurofarma, which has been among the best companies to work for in Brazil for the last 16 years, announces the opening of over 100 jobs, including permanent, internship, apprentice and temporary positions, in the cities of Itapevi, Ribeirão Preto and São Paulo.

The company intends to fill 79 permanent positions and 10 temporary positions for the most diverse professions and areas of expertise. The internship program is recruiting for 15 vacancies in the following areas: Regulatory Affairs, Customer Relations, Quality Control, Engineering and Maintenance, Innovation and Lean Six Sigma. Throughout the program, interns will have the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge, expanding their practical expertise and acquiring a systemic view of the business. Applicants may check the program website for information on required university training and hiring criteria. There are also 10 other apprentice positions available.

All stages of the processes are conducted online on the Gupy platform, using artificial intelligence to analyze the resumés, and identify, through algorithms, the applicants better aligned with the available job profiles. Tests (foreign languages, logic, Portuguese, among others) and interviews are also held online. Applicants as well as managers are able to monitor the progress of each process, which optimizes time and costs.

Since the beginning of the year, 467 new hires have joined the company, filling over 200 temporary positions to replace employees in the risk group for COVID-19.
