São Paulo, January 2019 – Eurofarma, a Brazilian pharmaceutical company with 100% national capital, present in 20 countries, is among the 50 Most Beloved Companies in Brazil, an annual survey conducted by the Love Mondays portal. The company rose from the 45th position in 2018 to the 11th position in 2019, with the most satisfied employees.
The analysis takes into account employees' evaluations in a spontaneous and confidential way, with information such as quality of life criteria, company culture, compensation and benefits, career opportunity and overall job satisfaction. The pharmaceutical company obtained an average grade of 4.33, with 5 being the highest.
There were more than 153 thousand spontaneous evaluations of professionals from 14 different sectors. "It is very gratifying to know that our employees have evaluated us so positively, placing us in a privileged position among the most beloved companies in the country. This result makes us proud, especially since it was carried out spontaneously by those who are part of our team," says Mikiko Inoue, vice president of Human Resources at Eurofarma.
To participate in the ranking, companies should have at least 20 evaluations and in order to create the list of each sector, it was necessary to evaluate at least 10 companies.
