Contraindication
- Hipersensibilidade ao cloridrato de tansulosina incluindo angioedema induzido pelo medicamento, ou a qualquer componente da fórmula; - Histórico de hipotensão ortostática; - Insuficiência hepática grave - Uso concomitante com inibidores potentes da CYP3A4, como o cetoconazol.
