QUANDO NÃO DEVO USAR ESTE MEDICAMENTO? Tadalafila não é indicado para homens que não apresentam disfunção erétil. Tadalafila não deve ser usado por pacientes alérgicos à tadalafila ou a qualquer um dos componentes do comprimido. A tadalafila não deve ser administrada a pacientes que estejam utilizando medicamentos contendo nitratos, tais como: propatilnitrato (Sustrate®), isossorbida (Monocordil®, Cincordil®, Isordil®), nitroglicerina (Nitradisc®, Nitroderm TTS®, Nitronal®, Tridil®) e dinitrato de isossorbitol (Isocord®). Não há recomendações e advertências especiais quanto ao uso de tadalafila por idosos. Este medicamento é contraindicado para uso por mulheres.
